As Co-Founder of DeepFathom, he brings a hands-on, commercial approach to scaling technology-led solutions. This experience allows him to bridge enterprise scale with high-growth agility, applying technology innovation and digital transformation to improve client delivery and drive business performance.
He has led senior commercial and sales functions across Cable & Wireless, Alcatel-Lucent, O2, BT Local Business, and OneAdvanced driving growth, improving efficiency, and delivering stronger customer outcomes.
Darren founded and scaled a software business from concept through to commercial launch, securing innovation grants and private equity investment before achieving a successful trade exit. This experience underpins his practical approach to building, commercialising, and scaling technology-led solutions.
He is particularly focused on harnessing the combination of talent and technology to deliver better outcomes, helping organisations unlock greater efficiency, engagement, and value.
Outside of work, Darren maintains a strong competitive edge through sport. He has represented the armed services in rugby, captained his local team, and holds a 2nd Dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He now focuses on HIIT and Hyrox-style training. When not putting himself through HIIT and Hyrox-style training, he enjoys spending time with his family.
